Eunan McIntyre, an award-winning singer/songwriter from Ireland, will perform at Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 355, 7610 S. Meridian St., at 8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 5. There is no charge to attend, but seating is limited.
Influenced by the beautiful natural surroundings in which he grew up, he writes about where he was born, his experiences being part of a big family (he’s one of 16 children) and his love of traditional ballads.
He has toured in Canada, the United States and Luxembourg and performed at the greening of the Indianapolis Canal in 2011 and ’12 the Ancient Order of Hibernians’ St. Patrick’s Day.
