The event, running from noon-5 p.m. Saturday, will feature more than 80 dishes and beverages prepared by some of the top chefs, food artisans, brewers and vintners from around the state.
“There’s no other event that brings together so many great Indiana chefs in one place, offering dishes that include local meats and off-the-vine produce harvested right here in Indiana,” said Thom England, the event’s executive director.
Tickets are $35 ($45 after Aug. 23) and can be purchased at www.diginindiana.org or at the gate. The cost includes samples of all products and live music. Early admission and VIP tickets cost $60 and $120, respectively. Info: 363-4625.
