“Because I Can,” a five-minute film featuring four runners who participated in last November’s Indianapolis Monumental Marathon, will be screened Saturday as part of the season finale of the Movie on the Lawn Series by the Garfield Park Arts Center, 2450 Shelby St. (the featured film is “Labyrinth”).

The mission of “Because I Can” is to inspire and ignite a passion for fitness.
Shot last year with on-location interviews and race highlights, the film will be used to generate excitement about the marathon.

The runners are:
• Mike Fremont, world record holder in the 91-year-old age category for the half-marathon.
• Alana Hadley, 17: U.S. record holder in the ages 14 and 15 group in the half-marathon.
• Colleen De Reuck, 50: four-time Olympian in the marathon.

• Scott Spitz, 37: 2008 Indianapolis Monumental Marathon half-marathon winner.
Those attending the program, which will start around 9 p.m., are encouraged to bring their lawn chairs, blankets and picnic baskets laden with goodies. Food trucks will be on-site.

The film will also be shown through August on Indianapolis Government Access Channel 16. Visit www.indy.gov/eGov/Channel16/Pages/home.aspx for times.
