
The contest will be divided into divisions for children ages 12 and under, teens 13 to 17 and adults 18 and older. Entries will be accepted from 3-4 p.m.
Purdue Extension Services of Johnson County will judge the cookies, and the winner in each division will be presented $50.
Ribbons will be awarded in each division in various categories, including presentation, originality.
The event will also feature Mrs. Claus telling stories from 4:30-5 p.m., the Christmas lighting parade at 5:30 p.m. and a craft program at 7 p.m., at which time all the cookies will be displayed.
