SUBMITTED PHOTO Bay Street Brassworks, an award-winning ensemble that regularly tours the United States, will take the stage at Greenwood United Methodist Church at 7 p.m. Saturday, June 27. The band, led by trumpeter Glen Johnson, will play an eclectic mix of jazz, popular favorites, rock and American standards and will be joined in its performance by local musicians. Founded in 1995, the group has toured South Korea, received first prize at the New York Brass Quintet International Competition in 2003 and has worked with young audiences all over the country while bringing educational concerts to children in hundreds of schools.
