Sorority members recoginzed
SUBMITTED PHOTO Shirley Green (left) and Marylynne Winslow represented Nu Tau chapter of Delta Theta Tau at its 108th national convention in South Bend, Ind. Delegates from 73 of the 84 chapters attended. Nationwide, Delta Theta Tau raised $558,349 for charities and volunteered 133,247 hours last year. Nu Tau raised $17,800 through its annual arts and craft fair and volunteered 2,471 hours, which earned members special recognition at the convention. Delta Theta Tau, a philanthropic sorority, was founded in 1903 in Muncie, Ind., by five high school girls. Email tamarahermesch@com cast.net for information about membership.
