Baxter YMCA Director John Schwentker (left) has received the Excellence in Leadership Award from the Greenwood Woodman Toastmasters Club. He was recognized for leading and inspiring others through integrity, service and humility with tangible results. Jason Hamilton, president of the club, made the presentation. 

Toastmasters teaches its members communication, leadership, training and management skills and builds their self-confidence.
