They were among nearly 500 students from around the state who were selected based on their outstanding leadership and service. In addition to hearing from Lugar and other leaders, the students attended a variety of workshops, including ones on the 2016 presidential election, terrorism, law and society, U.S. leadership in the world and refugees.
