Five softball teams from the southside took part in the Marion County Softball tournament Saturday and Roncalli is still standing in the title game slated for Monday.
Ronalli, who defeated Pike Friday, took down Beech Grove 8-3 in the quarterfinal and Lawrence North in the semi-final 7-3. Senior Lauren Fey brought home the winning runs. Lawrence North beat Southport in the quarterfinals 5-4.
Lutheran, who advanced past Perry Meridian Friday, lost to Decatur Central 11-2 in the quarterfinal. Franklin Central earned wins over Brebeuf (Friday) and Lawrence Central 6-4 before losing to Decatur Central 6-0 in the other semi-final.
Roncalli will take on Decatur Central Monday in the County Title game.
