Kara Miller, a 2009 graduate of Roncalli, has been named the school’s cheerleading coach.
A former four-year cheerleader for the Rebels, Miller also cheered at Marian University, where she majored in math.
Miller, who is in her fifth year of mentoring Roncalli’s freshman cheerleading squad, is a math teacher at Greenwood High School.
“I am beyond excited for this new position,” she said. “Cheerleading has been a part of my life since I was little, and being able to be the head coach at my alma mater is more exciting than any algebra equation I have ever solved.”
