Racking up their highest point total in 87 years, the 20th-ranked Greyhounds (8-1, 6-0 Great Lakes Valley) upped their win streak to seven with a decisive win versus the host Cardinals (3-6, 3-4). Senior Reece Horn (Carmel, Ind./Cathedral) finished with 17 catches for 209 yards to not only set the school's single-game reception record but also become UIndy's all-time leader in receiving yards (3,266).
In addition, Horn went over 1,000 yards for the year to become the first-ever Greyhound with two 1,000-yard receiving seasons.
Greyhound running backs Andrew Walker (Chicago) and Tuwan Payton (New Albany, Ind.) combined for eight touchdowns on the day. Walker finished with 104 yards and five scores, matching the UIndy single-game rushing touchdown mark.
Senior quarterback Connor Barthel (Indianapolis/Cathedral) completed an efficient 26 of 28 passes (.929) for a career-best 367 yards.
