Coach’s comments: “Last year’s seniors helped us shift the culture a lot. They set us up to keep going in right direction. Our juniors and sophomores have good experience. We have a little more depth than past seasons. Last year, we didn’t have that depth. We’re in better shape this year; if someone is not having a good game, we can bring in a quality substitute. Our positions are more set this year. Some of our younger players will have to adjust to the pace and pressure of playing varsity so they can be at their best. We have a good balance this year and should be pretty even on offense and defense. We hope to feed off each other. Our girls have good club experience on competitive teams, so they have the expectation of winning.”
