Center Grove finished sixth in the girls golf state finals Friday and Saturday at Prairie View Golf Club in Carmel.
The Trojans fired a 36-hole 702, just two strokes behind Cathedral. Senior Sydney Abbott led the Trojans with an 89-78 – 167, followed by junior Hannah Wilson’s 81-92 – 173; junior Shelby Schwier’s 85-91 – 176; senior Breanna Davis’ 93-93 – 186; and Lucy Young’s 96-97 – 193.
