Center Grove outlasted an underdog Martinsville team 3-1 in eight innings Wednesday to win the Franklin Central sectional. Sophomore Addy Osborn and senior Jordyn Rudd scored the go ahead runs in the extra inning to seal the deal for the Trojans. Junior Pitcher Abby Herbst held the Artesians to one run where Martinsville hit an improbable solo shot to tie the game on its final out in the seventh inning. View photos from the game below.
