She was a proud graduate of Manual High School and was a member of the ROTC, editor of the school newspaper, member of the yearbook staff, and multiple choral groups. June and Roger were married during the Spring Break of their senior year at Indiana Central College at University Heights United Methodist Church (60-year member). She adored her family, especially her grandchildren, enjoying every basketball game, choir concert, Color guard performance, softball game, band contest, football game, baseball game, Tennis match, round of Golf and performance of any kind! She was a lover of music of all kinds and loved singing most of all.
