Paul C. St.Pierre Wilson St.Pierre Funeral Service & Crematory, Greenwood Chapel, has been presented a 2015 Excellence in Customer Service Award by the Johnson Consulting Group of Scottsdale, Arizona.
Awards were presented to the group’s client funeral homes that achieved the highest overall performance scores from responses to surveys sent to families served during 2015.
“Wilson St.Pierre has been recognized as a leader in delivering exceptional customer service and has raised the standard for other funeral homes nationally to achieve this level of success” said Jake Johnson, president of Johnson Consulting.
“Maintaining a tradition of quality service is our top priority,” said Paul C. St.Pierre, president of the funeral home. “It is a privilege to uphold that tradition while helping those in their time of need. Receiving this award is very humbling. I credit our devoted and outstanding staff with their attention to detail with every family we serve.”
Wilson St.Pierre was founded in 1897 and is the oldest funeral home in Greenwood. It also has locations in Franklin Township, Fountain Square and Pendleton.
