They bought clothes, toys and goodies for more than 170 children. Each child was given $125 to spend, and the children enjoyed snacks and having their pictures taken with Santa Claus. Established in memory of Indiana State Trooper James “Pat” Bartram, who was killed in the line of duty in 1998, the foundation’s goal is carry on the spirit and service of Bartram and other fallen officers by supporting families in need at Christmastime.
