Breanna Faith Jaffe Roncalli sophomore Breanna Faith Jaffe took first-place honors in the 13- to 17-year-old age division of the Fourth of July CarmelFest Has Talent! competition.
Breanna performed the Dolly Parton classic “Jolene” and accompanied herself on guitar. She studies voice under the direction of Lynne Mlott with Musicality Arts.
Earlier this summer she performed in the CMA Showcase for the TV show “Nashville Spotlight” in Nashville, Tenn.
“Competition is good for everyone,” said the daughter of John and Daphne Jaffe in an earlier interview. “It does boost my confidence for sure.”
In addition to singing, Breanna loves to play guitar and hopes to make it a career. “I am hoping to be as successful as I can with the happiest life possible. I hope to continue music or the entertainment business my whole career whether that is teaching and giving lessons or playing night gigs.”
