Dale has spent the past six years in the nonprofit sector, most recently serving as a senior program manager for Best Buddies Indiana, where she helped launch a statewide expansion program in 15 middle schools. She also served on various committees for benefits that grossed more than $100,000 for the organization.
“I couldn’t be more excited to be a part of the community by leading the Perry Township Education Foundation,” said Dale. “I believe in this community, and I know advocating for education will only enhance the experience our students receive. My hope is to make PTEF a household name on the Southside while ensuring everyone is aware of the support we provide for our Perry Schools.”
A graduate of the University of Indianapolis with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology, Dale has worked for Adult and Child Mental Health and Southport Elementary. She resides in Perry Township with her husband and son and is expecting her second child in June.
The foundation was established in 1994 and is a grant-making organization that raises funds to support innovative and creative programs that enhance learning. It has awarded more than $1 million and will hold its annual golf outing June 11 at the Legends of Indiana in Franklin.
