Nicholas Turo-Shields, a graduate of Perry Meridian High School and a sophomore aerospace engineering student at Purdue, will be among the performers when the Purdue Bells take the stage from 1-2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 25, at St. Mark Catholic Church, 535 E. Edgewood Ave.
Blending traditional handbell ringing with innovative techniques, the choir plays a rainbow of musical styles from classical to jazz.
There is no charge to attend, but donations will be accepted to help defray the cost of transportation.
