Logan, a 2013 graduate, is a CTT petty officer second class based out of Norfolk, Va. Logan, a former training command recipient of the Navy League Award, recently received the meritorious citation as Sailor of the Quarter and Year while serving under his current deployment status. He is serving on a guided missile cruiser assigned to the 5th Fleet.
The CTT rating is one of the few in the Navy able to serve on ships, submarines, aircraft, ashore and with Navy special warfare units. Garrett, a member of Perry Meridian’s Class of 2015, graduated from the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command with distinction in February.
The nuclear program is widely acknowledged as having the most demanding academic program in the military. He was recently awarded a meritorious citation as Junior Sailor of the Quarter. Garrett, also a petty officer second class based out of Norfolk, volunteered for the Navy’s Silent Service and has been assigned to a Los Angeles-class fast attack submarine.
The Milners are hopeful that a family reunion during the holiday season will include their daughter, Hannah, a 2001 graduate of Perry Meridian, and Logan’s wife, Ashley.
