Center Grove’s Cassidy Hardin was named Player of the Game in Saturday’s Indiana-Kentucky All-Star contest at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Hardin tied for a team-high 12 points and grabbed five rebounds in Indiana’s 83-70 win.
The Purdue commit drilled two 3-pointers in the first half to help put Indiana up 43-31 at
intermission. She had seven points and four rebounds in Friday's 92-87 loss to Kentucky at Bellarmine
The 5-9 small forward averaged 17.5 points a game for the Trojans and led the team to a sectional crown. Hardin is the fifth Trojan to be named to the team and the first since 1999 (Emily Butler).
Hardin won a state championship in doubles tennis with Isabella Schoolcraft her junior year.
