“When we needed someone to help cover SilverSneakers (a fitness class for older adults) classes, we looked to Carolyn,” Associate Executive Director Terri Bradley said. “When we needed someone to go to a Pilates chair training, Carolyn was the first person to come to mind. When we needed someone to lead Livestrong at the YMCA, Carolyn was our choice. She is self-sufficient, has an extremely caring demeanor and an always-help-out attitude. She just flat-out gets stuff done, and we love her for it!”
Nau movich has managed to develop relationships with so many members, especially those who need it most, Bradley said. Whether she is working to help a senior member develop strength and endurance for a healthy lifestyle or just lending an ear to a cancer survivor during her Livestrong class, she truly cares about the people she meets.
