After being told of his terminal condition March 4, 2018, while hospitalized in Fort Myers, his last wish was to return home to Indy and spend his remaining days with family. He succumbed to diabetes, heart and kidney failure within hours of his wish being granted.
Guy was known for his humor, generosity, love of golf and his support of local sports teams. He enjoyed any activity his grandkids participated in, IndyCar, NASCAR, golf trips and card games with his longtime buddies, softball tournaments, spending time with Marla, and being a high school baseball official.
He attended Manual and Southport high schools and excelled as a running back. Guy worked as a city truck driver for nearly 40 years, retiring from Roadway Express in 1999.
Survivors include his soul mate of 23 years, Marla Cunningham; sons, Bill (Jeanne) and Doug (Tracey) Rollison; daughter, Michie Sebree; grandchildren, Rachel, Nate, Alec, Bella, Gemma Rollison, Levi and Mesa Sebree. He was preceded in death by his grandson, Luke Sebree, brother Randy Rollison and his parents, Robert and Mary Rollison.
A private burial will take place in the Rollison section ofs Crown Hill Cemetery. In memory of Guy, consider shooting some hoops, playing a round of golf, helping others in need or simply make someone laugh.
