About the Southsider Voice
The Southsider Voice, owned by Kelly Sawyers, has a weekly circulation of 20,000 and covers the Southside of Indianapolis, from downtown, South to Stones Crossing in Center Grove, West to Highway 37 and East to Emerson Avenue. The paper is an excellent conduit for news, opinions and features.
“Our coverage of sports, education and community news and events provides a good read, which is why so many people look forward to our publication,” said Kelly and Denise, adding that they love their jobs. “Because we really enjoy what we do, our office is always filled with laughter. We love it being a fun place.”
The Voice launched a Public Relations division, assisting clients with marketing, press releases and a resume service. If you're needing services, call the office at 317-781-0023.
Publisher Kelly Sawyers hosts cruise-ins on the first Friday night (May-October). Showcar owners from all over central Indiana cruise in and local advertisers of The Voice donate food for the guests. Live music is also provided by DJ Paul Rippy. A family, fun-filled night for the community.
