Fundraising Dinner for Greenwood Library
Indianapolis Star political cartoonist Gary Varvel will be the guest speaker when the Friends of Greenwood Library hosts a fundraising dinner and raffle Thursday at the library, 310 S. Historical Society Will Meet
Members of the Perry Township/Southport Historical will visit the cabin of the Mary Bryan family on the grounds of Mary Bryan Elementary, 4355 E. Stop 11 Road, when they meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 27. Spaghetti Dinner, Silent Auction
The Southport Lions Club will sponsor a spaghetti and meatballs dinner and silent auction from 4-8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 1, at the Southport Community Center, 6901 Derbyshire Road. The dinner costs $8 and includes a salad, beverages and desserts. Proceeds will be used to buy a new costume for Justice, the Police Department’s mascot.
