Members of Roncalli’s golf team are taking advantage of opportunities to further develop their skills as the season gets underway. The girls recently attended a refresher-type clinic at Correct 2 Compete, a facility in Zionsville that has indoor putting greens and a driving range.
The instructors put the team through a three-hour session, focusing on putting, driving the ball and full swings. The team, which features (front, from left) Kathleen Ameis, Katy Doninger, Taylor Meyers; (back) coach John Stelzel, Morgan Clifford, Sydney Clifford, Ashlyn Streicher and mascot Chole, attended the opening round of the Indy Women in Technology LPGA tournament at the Brickyard Crossing, where they participated in a golf clinic.
