Roncalli has named Aaron Kroll as its baseball coach. He comes to Roncalli from Ben Davis, where he spent the past seven seasons as the head coach. He directed the Giants to a Class 4A sectional title last season, the program’s first since 1996. Kroll also has high school coaching experience in Iowa and Arizona. A native of Iowa, he played collegiately at Coe College in Cedar Rapids. “We are excited to have Aaron on board to guide our baseball program,” said athletic director Dave Toner. “His vast coaching experience, including leading a winning program in Marion County, will further our student-athletes in their development as players and people and build upon the Roncalli baseball tradition.” Kroll said he is excited and honored to be the next baseball coach at such a premier high school and baseball program. The Rebels have won 11 sectional titles. |
