Mr. and Mrs. William Wehrman’s Florida vacation turned out to be six days of hell. They encountered bad weather immediately after hitting the road and had to scrape ice off their windshield all the way through Alabama. The weather wasn’t much better in St. Petersburg, where chilly coastal winds were nonstop. That was enough to send them packing, even though they had planned on staying two weeks.
