SUBMITTED PHOTO Sassy and outspoken Grandma (Richelle Lutz) shows off her twerking skills to the dismay of her grandchildren, Michael (Daniel McCarthy) and Carl (Jason McDonald), but much to the delight of weird Uncle Bob in Epilogue Players’ production of “A Nice Family.” Opening Nov. 29 and running through Dec. 9, the play is set on Christmas Eve as a young newspaper reporter’s widowed mother, his crazy uncle, his eccentric grandmother and his battling siblings and their neurotic spouses gather to celebrate and to provide inspiration for a story he hopes that may save his career. The show contains some adult themes and is more suitable for older teens and adults. Curtain time is 7:30 p.m. Thursdays-Saturdays and 2 p.m. Sundays. Tickets are $13-$15 and can be reserved by calling 317-926-3139 or visiting www.epilogueplayers.com.
