Based on a traveling salesman who lives life to its fullest and then some, “Big Fish” is on stage through July 23 at Hedback Community Theatre, 1847 N. Alabama St.

Presented by Footlite Musical’s Young Adults troupe, the production centers on Edward Bloom (Kyle Cherry) and his incredible, larger-than-life stories that thrill everyone around him, most of all his devoted wife, Sandra (Regan Desautels). But their son is determined to find the truth behind his father’s epic tales.

Curtain time is 7 p.m. Thursday, Fridays and Saturdays, 2:30 p.m. Sundays. Tickets, $10 for the Thursday shows, $15 for youths ages 17 and younger, $23 for adults, can be reserved by calling 317-926-6630 or visiting www.footlite.org or by phone at (317) 926-6630.
