While Mother Nature didn’t bless us with balmy weather, I think everyone had a good time, and the food was great.
I particularly enjoyed the green beans and smoked sausage prepared by Southsider Voice Publisher Kelly Sawyers, and the brownies that Bev Masengale made were delicious.
Our next cruise-in starts at 6 p.m. Friday, June 2, and we are hoping to line up a rock ’n’ roll band.
I know it will be warmer. See you then.
