Good Friday Fish Fry 
Boy Scout Troop 51 is hosting a fish fry from 5-7 p.m. Friday at St. Jude School, 5353 McFarland Road. A one-piece meal, served with a side dish, a beverage and desert, costs $7; a two-piece meal is $9. Cheese pizza and grilled cheese sandwiches will also be available. 

Fish Fry at Moose Lodge
The Beech Grove Moose Lodge, 3320 S. Emerson Ave., is hosting a fish fry from 5-8 p.m. Friday. Info: 317-787-3139.

Retired Teachers Will Meet
The Perry Township Retired Teachers Association will host their annual spring luncheon and meeting at 11 a.m. Monday, April 1, at MCL Restaurant & Bakery, 3630 S. East St. Kylee Hale from the Indiana secretary of state’s office will present a program on investment fraud and scams targeted toward seniors. Info: 317-340-4527.

O’Charley’s Raising Funds for Riley Children’s Foundation
O’Charley’s has announced a partnership – “Give $5 Get $5” – with Riley Children’s Foundation, the fundraising arm of Riley Hospital for Children at Indiana University Health. Through April 22, diners can donate $5 and receive a $5 voucher to be used during their next visit to the restaurant. O’Charley’s are located at 6930 S. Emeson Ave., and 886 S. State Road 135, Greenwood 

Anniversary of Vietnam Peace Agreement
Two months after the signing of the Vietnam peace agreement on March 29, 1973, the last U.S. combat troops left South Vietnam as Hanoi freed the remaining American prisoners of war in North Vietnam. To celebrate the anniversary of that momentous occasion, Greenwood Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5864, 333 S. Washington St., is hosting a free pizza party from 5-9 p.m. Thursday and discounted drinks from 2 p.m. to close. All veterans are welcome. Info: 317-888-2488.

Easter Egg Hunt
An Easter egg hunt for children up to 10 years old will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Greenwood High School soccer field, 615 Smith Valley Road. 

License Branches Will Be Closed Good Friday 
All Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicle branches will be closed Friday in observance of the Good Friday holiday. Branches resume regularly scheduled business hours Saturday. Online transactions may be completed at www.myBMV.com. 
 
Libraries Closed on Easter
All Indianapolis Public Library locations will be closed Sunday in observance of Easter. All locations will reopen at their regular times Monday.

Show Promises To Be a Gem for Stone, Jewelry Collectors
The 20th annual Indianapolis Spring Bead, Gem, Mineral & Jewelry Show runs from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Friday and Saturday, April 6 and 7 and from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday, April 8, at the Indiana State Fairgrounds Agriculture/Horticulture Building, 1202 E. 38th St. In addition to fine gems and beads, the event will feature jewelry makers, goldsmiths, silversmiths, classes in bead stringing, hourly door prizes and a grand prize of a precious stone set in a gold ring. Forum Will Examine Use of Police Body Cameras
A forum on the topic of police body cameras will be held from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, April 5, on the first floor of Eskenazi Health, 720 Eskenazi Ave. The panel will feature members from IUPUI’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs and representatives from the Indianapolis, Seattle and Cincinnati police departments.
