MusicFest for MS at Crown Hill Cemetery on Oct. 11 will showcase gospel, jazz and blues performers, with Jennie DeVoe kicking the concert off at 2:30 p.m.
Also taking the stage will be Cathy Morris, Jerome Mills Blues Band (aka No Regrets), Voices of Light Choir and Tola Lewis.
Concertgoers can bring lounge chairs, blankets and picnic baskets laden with goodies or purchase food and alcohol from vendors.
Tickets for children ages 6-17 are $5; advance tickets for adults are $10, $15 at the gate. An early bird special will allow four adults in the same car to be admitted for $20; the cost will be $30 at the gate. Proceeds will benefit the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
