It’s Easy to Discard Toxic Waste
The Indianapolis Department of Public Works will conduct a ToxDrop from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday at the Perry Township Government Center, 4925 Shelby St. The refuse can also be dropped off at 1725 S. West St. from 9-11 a.m. every Tuesday and Thursday. Suitable materials include antifreeze, paint, brake fluid, batteries, drain and toilet bowl cleaners, fluorescent light bulbs, adhesives, pesticides, pool chemicals, thermometers and used motor oil.
