The Ave Maria Guild of St. Paul Hermitage, 501 N. 17th Ave., Beech Grove will hold a rummage sale from 8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Friday. The sale will feature clothing, shoes, purses, linens, household items, books, CDs, toys and much more.
Farmers Market Open Saturday Mornings
The Greenwood Farmers Market is open from 8 a.m.-noon every Saturday in the parking lot of Greenwood United Methodist Church, 525 N. Madison Ave., where numerous vendors sell their merchandise.
Southport Class of 1972 Reunion
Southport High School’s Class of 1972 will hold its 45-year reunion Friday-Saturday, Oct. 6-8. Festivities begin Oct. 6 with a social at Jake’s Pub, 1280 W. Southport Road. A tour of the school will be offered at 10 a.m. Oct. 7, followed by a pitch-in dinner at 3 p.m. at the home of Kathy Kopetsky-Howard, 8355 Hadley Road, Camby. Tickets are $10 (before Sept. 16, $15 at the door) and can be reserved by mailing checks payable to SHS Class of 1972 to PO Box 7174, Greenwood, IN 46142.
