The artwork of Pandora Osburn, who says she has always been fascinated by the beauty of the artistic world, will be on exhibit May 1-30 at the Southside Art League Off Broadway Gallery, 299 E. Broadway St., Greenwood.
She took a few courses in oil, drawing and watercolors and studied English composition and drawing at IUPUI before attending Herron Art School for a quick sketch course. She also studied at the Indianapolis Art League.
Osburn said she has developed her inspiration through what she believes is the heart of God. “My prayer and desire is that others are blessed by my work with a special touch in some way.”
She said she enjoys painting and drawing originals and then creates “print originals,” which are prints taken from a drawing and made original by creating something different out of each one.
“The most exhilarating experience in creating is adding the finishing touch!” Osburn said.
