Festivities kick off at 5 p.m. Oct. 2 at 89 N. 17th Ave., Beech Grove, with the Alpine Express taking the stage at 6:30; The Flying Toasters will play from 9 p.m. midnight. Saturday’s entertainment will feature Robert Newport from the Borrow Tomorrow Band and The Flying Toasters.
The menu will include smoked pork chops and brats, homemade German frankfurter soup, frikadellen (beef and pork hamburger), apple strudel, pumpernickel and sourdough breads and much more.
There will be bounce houses and children’s games sure to entertain the younger crowds.
The event will also feature a raffle, with the grand prize of $20,000 being awarded Oct. 3. There will also be drawings for $2,000 and three $1,000 cash awards. Tickets, $100 each, can be purchased by calling 784-5454. Only 1,000 tickets will be sold. (License # 138183)
