The Lutheran girls basketball team held off a fourth quarter rally from Greenwood Christian Academy to win 54-48.
Lutheran led 39-29 going into the final quarter but GCA pulled within one at 45-44. Freshman guard Rylee Morris hit a three and was fouled as she converted a four-point play for the Saints to make it 49-44. Down 51-48, the Cougars would missed a three in the final minute that would have tied the score.
The Saints moved to 4-9 while the Cougars fell to 7-6.
