Her memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday November 22, 2015 at Kibler-Brady-Ruestman Memorial Home in Bloomington with Pastor Christine McNeal officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the memorial home on Sunday.
Cremation rites have been accorded.
Lori was born on October 17, 1966 in Bloomington, Illinois, a daughter of Alan and Carol (McCauley) Swartz.
Surviving are her parents, Alan and Carol Swartz of Indianapolis, IN; a sister, Cari Lynn Swartz of Paducah, KY; grandmothers, Betty Swartz of Bloomington and Norma Rees of Newark, OH. Also surviving are several aunts and uncles.
Preceded in death were her grandfathers, Ernest M. Swartz, Bloomington, IL and Russell R. Lawyer, Newark, OH.
Lori grew up in Paducah, KY, graduating from Paducah Tilghman High School in 1984 and West Kentucky Vocational School in 1986. She moved to Indianapolis in 1991.
Memorials may be given to Shriners Hospitals or the charity of your choice.
