The Rev. Tom Clegg, pastor of Good Shepherd Catholic Church, was named chaplain of Roncalli. A graduate of Latin High School and Marion College who worked for the Indianapolis Fire Department for one year, Clegg came from a family of 10 children, five brothers and five sisters.
