The Indianapolis Water Co., in cooperation with R.N. Thompson Development Corp., announced plans to convert almost 1,300 acres in the southwest corner of Perry Township into a residential/commercial community. The ground sat atop a major aquifer/well field that Water Co. officials said would become the major source of fresh water for all of Marion County.
