To the editor:
My son (who I want to keep anonymous) goes to Perry Meridian Middle School.
He has always had problems with paying attention in class, and his grades have suffered because of it.
Well, his history teacher, Brittany Adams, is a younger educator who teaches in a different way, but her way works. My son is always talking about her class, and it used to be a bear to even get him to talk about school.
Since the seventh grade his history grade has gone from a D to an A-.
Adams has brought a new style and effective way of teaching.
Sometimes older teachers are set in their ways, but times change and their ways have not. Maybe Perry Township needs more teachers like Adams.
